Absolutely not. This team is about the journey and mission we are all on to push ourselves to the limit. There are no egos here and we are all in this together. All that matters is your effort, intent, and desire to work hard and support others.

What about olympic lifting and gymnastics?

How do the payments work?

  • The program is 4 weeks of training, plus 1 test-in week and 1 test-out week (6 weeks total)
  • From the day you join the challenge, you have 49 days to complete the program.
  • Within those 49 days, you must complete at least 90% of the workouts, post in the forum at least once per week, DM your coach once per week and complete all bi-weekly check-ins.
  • If you DO the above and DO NOT hit a PR you will not be charged a cent. All you have to do is email hello@rebel-performance.com and we'll cancel your charge before it goes through.
  • If you DO the above and DO hit a PR then you will be charged a small one-time fee of $97 on day 50 after you sign up.
  • If you DO NOT do the above, then you will be charged $97 on day 50 after you sign up because you didn’t put in the work.

That’s how simple it is. No bait and switch. No trickery. Everything rides on my reputation and certainty that I will get you results.

What kind of equipment will I need?

You will need access to least a barbell, rack, plates, bench, DB's and/or KB's, and some conditioning equipment (bike, rower etc).

How do I communicate with my coach?

All coaching will take place within the Train Heroic app where you'll have a private DM thread with your coach as well as access to the member-only team forum.
